2008 Shiraz.
The allspice aroma, ripe plum and black pepper are typical of the Goulburn
Valley and the Longleat vineyard. This wine has been matured in French and
American oak barrels for 12 months. The palate is soft and full yet has a
firm tannin backbone that will allow it to be cellared for 4 to 6 years.
